Q1. Can we use any manufacturer? Can I have finance?
A. Yes, we have a good working relationship with all manufacturers allowing us to give our customers a wider choice of products . There are numerous finance options available to suit all pockets.
Q2.Do the plots come with gardens and parking?
A. We realise how important the garden space is so most of our homes have generous maintainable gardens ,and all our parks have ample parking space and the majority of homes have their own parking facility next to their home, some even have garages.
Q3 How large can the home be?
A. This depends on the park and available plots but we find we can accommodate most park homes from single units to large twin units.
Q4. What are all the costs? How much is ground rent?
A. Council tax, utilities and ground rent all mount to approximately £3000 per year. Ground rent is determined by location of the park and prices start from £125.
Q5. Can I part exchange my property? How do I do that?
A. Yes, we offer a unique scheme where you achieve close to market value for your property taking the stress and pressures out of the selling and buying process.
Q6. Can I resell my park home?
A. Yes, you can sell your park home either through ourselves or an independent estate agent.
Q7. What is the age limit on the parks?
A. Our parks are intended to please retired & semi retired people.
Q8. Can my grandchildren come to visit and stay?
A. Most of our owners have grandchildren and they are more than welcome to come and visit and even stay over for a few nights. All we ask is that you notify the park office if they are intending to stay for a long period.
Q9. Can we have pets?
A. Responsible pet owners are welcome on the majority of our parks.
